In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "gv77," "We," "Us," "Our," "the Platform" refers to the operator of the website located at gv77.bid and all associated services, games, and betting products offered thereon.
• "Player," "You," "Your," refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided by gv77.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

By accessing gv77.bid, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the gv77 platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with gv77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

gv77 accepts no liability for any losses or consequences arising from a player's misrepresentation of their age, identity, or eligibility status.

Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one account on gv77. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same personal details or using different registered information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gv77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including winnings.

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during the account registration process. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested by gv77. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times and must promptly notify gv77 of any changes via the account settings or support channels.

As part of our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering standards and our international gaming licence requirements, gv77 may at any time request identity verification documentation — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by gv77 may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal functionality.

• Acceptable identity documents include government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, Passport, Driver's Licence).
• Proof of address documents must be dated within the preceding three months.
• Additional source-of-funds documentation may be requested for accounts with high transaction volumes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gv77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. gv77 strongly recommends that you:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.

gv77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be deemed to be your activity and your responsibility, unless you have notified gv77 of a security breach in accordance with the above.

gv77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (Tether — TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. gv77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• gv77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are typically credited to your account within network confirmation times — usually under 60 seconds for USDT and under 10 minutes for Bitcoin.
• gv77 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and account status.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits into the same account, or to verified payment methods registered in the player's name.
• gv77 targets a processing time of under 10 minutes for cryptocurrency withdrawals and up to 24 hours for PKR bank transfer withdrawals, subject to verification status.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification checks at gv77's discretion. Players are advised to maintain current KYC documentation to avoid delays.
• Any Real Money Balance that remains withdrawable (i.e., not subject to active wagering requirements) may be withdrawn at any time subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds.

gv77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit matches, weekly reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and crypto-specific bonus enhancements. The following general terms apply to all gv77 bonuses unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated on the relevant promotion page and must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account automatically.

• Odds displayed on gv77's sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are binding for that wager.
• gv77 reserves the right to void bets where a manifest pricing error has occurred, or where the integrity of a market has been compromised by events including but not limited to match abandonment, disqualification, or verified match-fixing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gv77 and will result in immediate account suspension, termination of all bonuses, forfeiture of applicable balances, and — where required — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gv77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any gv77 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any gv77 software.
• Use any gv77 brand identifiers, trademarks, or domain names for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the gv77 platform on any external website or application.

Any unauthorised use of gv77's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and applicable law, and gv77 reserves all rights to pursue remedies accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gv77 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the gv77 platform, however caused and under any theory of liability.

Without limiting the generality of the above, gv77 specifically disclaims all liability for:

• Any losses sustained through gambling on gv77, regardless of whether those losses result from gv77's services or any technical issues with the platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform or any feature thereof due to scheduled maintenance, technical fault, or circumstances beyond gv77's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cryptocurrency network congestion.
• Any reliance you place on information published on gv77 that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain liabilities, gv77's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gv77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by gv77.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal conduct.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• The account becoming dormant in accordance with gv77's dormancy policy.

You may close your gv77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your primary verified payment method within a reasonable period.

gv77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gv77 will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account and/or via a prominent notice on the gv77 platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the gv77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and notify gv77 support of your wish to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gv77 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and gv77, you are encouraged to first contact our support team in writing to attempt to resolve the matter informally. gv77 commits to responding to all written dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your initial written submission, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by our licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
